To all members of the Iguana Colony,


 Number 3! 

   We ordered a 3th tent, which is combined with the other 2
   to make one 10x15m tent. This gives us some room for eg projection
   screen, eg workshop place, ...
   Encourage your buddies to join us!


 Tent location

   Tonight Ramses could an (unconfirmed?) message that the large tent
   locations will be changed, and we won't know till we actually arrive
   there. Our monday team will thus play an important role as to pick
   us a nice spot, located on the balance of accessibility and network.


 Sleeping tents

   The idea is to have your (iglo) sleeping tent around the Iguana Colony
   tent. From the above map it is not clear if this is possible. We
   asked the organisation for this, as it is also important regarding
   security for the tent. 


 PaT (Presence at Tent)

   We have to work out a (simple) scheme to have someone always in the
   tent. I foresee that only for the early morning hours (4am-9am) we 
   need to organise this. We count on everyone to take the responsibility
   not to leave the tent unguarded.
