S1 has a fiber uplink :)
And as you are S1 now, you have the fiber uplink that goes with it.

See the S1 at 'bottom' map ?
Put your tent there and you will be S1 and have fiber.
Put your tent somewhere else and you wont be S1 and wont have fiber :)))
S1 = is a distribution node for distribuing UTP to the visitors.
