Use the mailinglist to organise what you will bring to increase the comfort in the Colony. To get you started let's sum things up.

Tents and tables - done
We'll have a 10m by 15m tent, for sure. Including decent tables, chairs and a floor. If more people join, we can extend it with an extra 10x5m, but there's a deadline ofcourse.

Lights - done
This is now included with our professional tent-deal.

Music
It would be nice to have only one single source of sound/music. Playing our own Jukebox (maybe folks can vote for songs or upload stuff), or tune in to the local HAL2001 streaming radio, or use it for playing DVD movies.

LCD projector
Wouldn't it be nice to be able to play DVD movies all day and all night on a big screen ? Anyone can get his hands on one ?

Ventilators
If it's going to be hot, you want to cool down. Remember HIP ? Only Zombie was decently equiped !

First aid kit
Although the organisation has equipment, to be able to help yourself for minor incidents is a must. Jumping in trouble and undeep water can be a painful experience !

Powercords and equipment
Everybody should get enough power cables for his own equipment and extra spare sockets for chaining. We definitely need longer power cables for the lightning in the tent and maybe for external tents.

We can definitely use some UPS's (HIP and CCC were a bit annoying). Most of us will have laptops, so the network equipment needs most protection.

Network equipment
The organisation has equipment available, but we should be prepared for a possible short supply in cables and equipment, only for use within the Colony ofcourse. (And don't forget to bring your Wavelan equipment !)
